The story isn't over yet: a new Star Wars Jedi installment is already in development - as indicated by Respawn Entertainment's job openings
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was released in April 2023 and, despite a few technical problems, was warmly received by the public.
The game's ending clearly implies that Jedi Cal Kestis' story is not over and Respawn clearly plans to return to the franchise.
Here's What We Know
The first confirmation has surfaced that Respawn Entertainment is working on another Star Wars Jedi series game. The company has released a job listing that says the team is looking for a senior special effects artist, a senior battle system designer and a lead writer, indicating that they will all be working on a game based on the Star Wars universe on the Unreal Engine 5 engine.
If Respawn Entertainment maintains the same pace of work, we can expect a new Star Wars Jedi game in 3-4 years.
