Persona 5 on smartphone: the mobile spin-off of the popular Japanese RPG has been announced

The mobile spin-off of the popular Japanese role-playing game Persona 5 has been announced.

Here's What We Know

The Phantom X game is being developed by Black Wings Game Studio and will be published by Chinese company Perfect World Games.

In terms of gameplay, the game looks like Persona 5 game with its familiar animation style, long-lasting videos, turn-based combat system and colorful characters. But the mobile game will have a different storyline, even the main character has been changed.

The project will be released on iOS and Android, but, unfortunately, for now its release is only announced in the Chinese market.

Persona 5: The Phantom X is scheduled to be tested in the third quarter of 2023.
