A reputable insider has confirmed that Blizzard is working on a new game in the StarCraft series
Last year, Phil Spencer said he was "personally interested in a new StarCraft game," and if the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard goes well, he would be very supportive of the development of the long-awaited game.
Blizzard Entertainment president Mike Ybarra agrees with the potential boss and has also repeatedly hinted at a sequel to the famous franchise.
And here is a fresh confirmation that Blizzard is already working on StarCraft III.
Here's What We Know
Authoritative insider and journalist Jez Corden (Jez Corden) in conversation with subscribers on his Twitter page confirmed that the American developer is already working on a new game, which may be called StarCraft III and will be released on PC and modern consoles.
It should be noted that Jez Corden's answers are very vague, but there is no doubt in the sources of his information, he is one of those insiders, whose information is almost always confirmed officially.
The game will probably be announced at BlizzCon 2023, which will take place on 3-4 November.
