Rumours of a re-release of cult western Red Dead Redemption have been confirmed, but not in all details.

Here's What We Know

Just as insiders claimed, Rockstar Games will release their game on actual platforms, but for now we're only talking about Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.

Furthermore, it won't be a remake or remaster. The developers will release the original version of Red Dead Redemption with minor technical improvements.

The Undead Nightmare add-on will be included in the new edition of RDR.

As the main change, Rockstar Games studio calls additional localisations, thanks to which more users will be able to get acquainted with the game.

Red Dead Redemption for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 will cost $50.

When We Can Expect It

The port will be released digitally on 17 August, while the physical release will take place on 13 October.
