Along with the Pixel 7 Pro, Google introduced a more modest new product. It is called Google Pixel 7. In this post, let's talk about the differences between the standard model and the Pro version.

Here's What We Know

Between the Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro, there are many similarities. There's the design, the Tensor G2 chip, a 50 MP primary camera, a 10.8 MP front, Android 13, stereo speakers, IP68 protection, an in-display fingerprint scanner, wired and wireless charging, and a suite of interfaces including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC.

The standard model also got an AMOLED display, but the resolution has been reduced to Full HD, the diagonal to 6.3", and the refresh rate to 90 Hz. From the main camera was removed telephoto lens at 48 MP, and the angle of capture of ultra-wide-angle module decreased to 114 degrees.

Due to the use of a compact display with lower resolution, the battery capacity was reduced to 4355 mA*h. But the company claims that the Google Pixel 7 can also last up to 72 hours in power-saving mode without recharging. Unfortunately, the standard model is not available with 512GB of storage, and the amount of RAM is reduced to 8GB.

Price

The cost of Google Pixel 7 also did not change compared to its predecessor. The novelty is already available for pre-order in the U.S. at a price of $599 or $699 depending on the modification. Colors: Snow, Obsidian and Lemongrass. In Europe the smartphone will appear at a price of € 649.
