Honor returns to the Indian smartphone market after a three-year pause with the Honor 90 model priced from $460

Residents of India will be able to officially buy an Honor smartphone in the country for the first time since 2020. The Chinese company is returning to the Indian smartphone market after a three-year pause. Honor will partner with PSAV Global, which has been selling the brand's tablets, laptops and sports bracelets in India for three years.

Here's What We Know

The Chinese company is not returning to India empty-handed, but with a new smartphone. The Honor 90 model has made its debut in the country. It has a 200MP main camera, a 50MP selfie module and a 120Hz AMOLED display.

The Honor 90 was unveiled in late spring 2023. The smartphone is equipped with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor and a 5000 mA*h battery. The power of fast charging is 66 watts. The software platform is Android 13 operating system, complemented by MagicOS 7.1 shell.

Honor 90 will go on sale in India on 18 September 2023 in modifications 8/256 GB and 12/512 GB at a price of $460 and $480 respectively. Buyers will be able to purchase the novelty in three body colours: Diamond Silver, Emerald Green and Midnight Black.
