Honor Magic 6 flagship unveiled: Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, triple camera and 120Hz display for $620
At today's launch event in China, apart from the top-of-the-line Honor Magic 6 Pro, Honor unveiled the more affordable Honor Magic 6 flagship.
Technical Characteristics
Like the Pro model, the Honor Magic 6 gets a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and a 6.78-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2800×1280 pixels and adaptive frequency from 1 to 120Hz. Versions with 12/16GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB storage are available.
A 50-megapixel front camera is embedded in the display, while the rear panel houses the main camera with three modules in a circular block. These are a 50 MP main sensor with optical image stabilisation, a 50 MP ultra-wide lens and a 32 MP telephoto lens with 2.5x optical and 50x digital zoom.
A 5,450mAh battery with 66W fast charging support is responsible for battery life. The battery is fully charged in about 30 minutes. The smartphone runs the new MagicOS 8.0 system based on Android 14.
How Much Do They Cost?
The Honor Magic 6 is available in five colours (black, white, blue, purple and green) and three versions:
- 12/256GB - $620
- 16/256GB - $660
- 16/512GB - $700
