September 16 will be the start of sales of almost all new Apple smartphones, but some stores are already activating the devices. The Cupertino company has decided to fight hard against this.

Here's What We Know

At least one store has been fined in China. One user activated an iPhone 14 Pro Max and launched a live broadcast to demonstrate how Dynamic Island works. The store ended up having to pay a $30,000 fine.

But Apple intends to take tougher action against violators. In addition to $ 30,000 fine for activating any version of the iPhone 14 before the launch of sales, the store will lose its license and will not be able to officially sell Apple products.

Not only sellers, but also buyers will suffer. Streamer, who launched a live broadcast to show Dynamic Island, was blocked on the platform Douyin (Chinese TikTok).
