iQOO 12 - Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 144Hz display, 50MP camera, 100x zoom, up to 1TB of storage and Android 14 priced from $550
As planned, vivo presented two smartphones under the brand iQOO, which in the distant 2018 was positioned as a gaming. The first novelty of the Chinese company is called iQOO 12.
Here's What We Know
The smartphone is equipped with an OLED Visionox 8T display with a frame rate of 144 Hz. The panel on organic LEDs has a diagonal of 6.78", a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and an integrated fingerprint scanner.
The iQOO 12 received a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. In the top-end variant, the smartphone is equipped with 16GB of RAM and 1TB storage. You can read about the other variants below when it comes to pricing.
The model has a triple main camera with a resolution of 50 MP + 50 MP + 64 MP. The main module has got an optical stabilisation system. The optical zoom ratio is 3x and the software zoom is 100x. It is possible to shoot video in 8K UHD.
The power subsystem is represented by a 5000 mA*h battery with 120W fast charging. Also iQOO 12 received stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 7, 16MP camera for selfies and water protection class IP64. The smartphone runs on Android 14 operating system with the new OriginOS 4 firmware.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The iQOO 12 is scheduled to launch on 24 November 2023. The smartphone will arrive on the market in black (glass), white (glass) and red (eco-leather) colours. You can check out the prices below:
