Prepare to cover your eyes: a new SAW X video reveals one of the challenges on Jigsaw's sophisticated new trap game
The SAW franchise is gearing up for the release of its tenth instalment, and studio Lionsgate has been hard at work drumming up interest around the film. Now even more intriguing content has surfaced online - a video from the film showing off the awesome new Jigsaw trap.
Here's What We Know
The new "SAW X" clip will make everyone cover their eyes. The clip shows one of Jigsaw's victims tied to a chair. On his face is a mask connected to long tubes coming from his eyes (the same one shown on the first poster for the film). However, it is not only the eyes that are tortured, but also the fingers. This time Jigsaw gives his victim 60 seconds to save his "soul" and his "sight".
As a reminder, the action of Part Ten takes place between the events of SAW I and II. A sick and desperate John Kramer, played by Tobin Bell, travels to Mexico to undergo a risky experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer, but discovers that the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a new target, the notorious serial killer returns to his job of massacring the guilty through devious, demented and inventive traps.
When We Can Expect It
"SAW X" is released in cinemas on September 29.
