Rumours that actress Gal Gadot will reprise her role as Wonder Woman are once again gaining momentum and causing a lot of discussion.

A Twitter user with the nickname MyTimeToShineHello stated that the actress will still return to the role of Wonder Woman in the DC Universe project.

This information has sparked a lot of controversy. But despite numerous reports that Gadot's return is unlikely, nothing can be confirmed for sure until James Gunn makes an official statement.

Previously, Gal Gadot, who starred in "Wonder Woman 1984 ", confidently told in an interview with ComicBook that she would return to DC Comics films. However, after this interview, there was some confusion on social media when other sources reported that the actress will definitely not appear in James Gunn's project.

While fans have to wait for the final news, according to Variety, the third instalment of "Wonder Woman" is not even in development yet and is not even mentioned as part of DC's projects. Thus, the casting process, when it is announced, could see another actress chosen for the role of Wonder Woman, if that is Gunn's decision.

The actress herself is enthusiastic about the possibility of returning to her role in "Wonder Woman 3".

"I love portraying Wonder Woman. It's so close to and dear to my heart. From what I heard from James and from Peter is that we're gonna develop a Wonder Woman 3 together." Gal Gadot told a reporter.
