The release date for Avatar: The Last Airbender series on Netflix has been confirmed with the debut of the official trailer
Netflix's "Avatar: The Last Airbender" series finally got its long-awaited release date, and also got a teaser.
Here's What We Know
The series was announced back in 2018, but faced several production delays due to a change in producers. However, filming began in 2021, with newcomer Gordon Cormier embodying the lead role of Ang, brought to life on screen.
Netflix has been gradually building up interest in the series and recently unveiled the first trailer for "Avatar: The Last Airbender" at a Geeked Week event.
Series Overview
It's about 12-year-old Aang, a boy who is the new reincarnation of the Avatar, a spirit of light and peace with the ability to control all four natural elements. After being sealed in an ice trap for a century, it is up to him to complete his training and stop the Fire Master Ozai, ruler of the warlike Fire Nation.
When We Can Expect It
"Avatar: The Last Airbender" will be released on Netflix on February 22, 2024.
