Mark Wahlberg: the script for Uncharted 2 has already been written
In an interview with The Direct, Mark Wahlberg, who played Sully in the film adaptation of Uncharted, revealed more details about the sequel.
Here's What We Know
Mark said that the script has already been written, but now it is still being worked on. Probably, they want to improve it.
The actor also said that his character in the sequel will wear a moustache, which Mark grew himself, because he doesn't feel comfortable with artificial ones.
I spent quite a lot of time growing it, because at one point we tried to do it with a fake moustache, and I don't know. I just don't have the confidence to do it. It feels like I have a big piece of scotch tape over my mouth and I feel ridiculous.
In the end, Wahlberg added that if "we can make the sequel better than the first film, I'll be open to that, but right now I only know as much as you do."
As a reminder, Uncharted received 40% freshness from critics on RottenTomatoes, but 90% from the audience. The film also managed to raise $400 million worldwide with a budget of $120 million.
