Fresh photos from the set of "Deadpool 3": Wolverine, Dogpool and Deadpool the Samurai with long hair

New images from the set of "Deadpool 3" have surfaced online and promise a lot of interesting things.

Here's What We Know

Are the fresh shots showing us a samurai Deadpool? Given that the film is expected to travel across the multiverse, the appearance of several Deadpool variants is only natural. Or perhaps it's a reference to "Deadpool: Samurai, Vol 1." where Wade Wilson moves to Tokyo and changes his Deadpool costume to a more traditional Japanese version.

Also, in the images, we see Dogpool, a variant of Deadpool who is actually a dog. Dogpool is an alternate version of Wade Wilson from another universe, first appearing in "Prelude to Deadpool Corps #3."

How it all interconnects remains a mystery, as plot details are still being kept under wraps and not fully revealed. What we do know is that "Deadpool 3," directed by Shawn Levy, promises to be the first R-rated film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

When We Can Expect It

Originally, the threequel was scheduled to premiere on May 3, but it was postponed until July 26, 2024.
