Paramount+ have unveiled the first teaser trailer for Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
The cartoon spin-off "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem" is scheduled to premiere on Paramount+'s streaming service this summer, but in the meantime the channel has released a brief trailer for the series, which is titled "Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles".
Here's What We Know
The events of "Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" come right after "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem" and shows its young heroes balancing their high school lives while battling dangerous new enemies on the dirty streets of New York City.
According to a press release, the show will see actors Nicolas Cantu, Brady Noon, Micah Abbey and Shamon Brown Jr. return to their roles as Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo, respectively. Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Ayo Edebiri will also return to her role as April O'Neil.
Chris Yost, writer of "The Mandalorian" and "Thor: Ragnarok", will executive produce the series, alongside "Blue Eye Samurai" director Alan Wan.
When We Can Expect It
"Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" has not yet been given an exact release date.
