Lineage OS software developers have released a firmware for a very old LG smartphone. The shell is available for the LG V30.

Here's What We Know

The LG V30 is the South Korean company's latest flagship without the smart AI Vision and AI Voice features. The smartphone was unveiled on the last day of summer 2017, but didn't go on sale until early December.

The six-year-old flagship came out with Android 7.1.2 Nougat out of the box, but eventually upgraded to Android 9.0 Pie. It's now available with Android 13 as part of Lineage OS 20 software.

The LG V30 features a 6" Quad HD display, a 16 MP + 13 MP primary camera and a 3,300mAh battery. The heart of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 835 chip. The flagship's casing has IP68 and MIL-STD-810G protection.
