Meizu 20 Infinity - Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, AMOLED Q9 3.2K, 1TB memory, stainless steel and Titan Glass with ceramic particles priced from $915
Meizu has unexpectedly announced not two but three smartphones. We've already written about the Meizu 20 and 20 Pro, and the third is called the Meizu 20 Infinity.
Here's What We Know
The most expensive flagship of the new generation has a glass called Meizu Titan Glass. It's mounted on both the back and the front. The glass contains ceramic particles, like in the iPhone 14 Pro, and is made at a temperature of 750 degrees. The frame of the case is made of stainless steel.
The AMOLED Q9 screen is designed by BOE. It has a diagonal of 6.79", an aspect ratio of 21 to 9 and a resolution of 3192 x 1368 dots. The panel supports a refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz. The notch at the front features a 32 MP selfie camera.
The Meizu 20 Infinity gets a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with 12/16GB of RAM. The storage capacity is 256GB, 512GB or 1TB. The power subsystem is represented by a 4,800mAh battery with 65W and 50W wired and wireless charging, respectively.
The new flagship has got a triple main camera. The resolution is 50 MP + 12 MP + 12 MP. The sensors are Sony IMX766, IMX563 and IMX663 respectively. The telephoto lens has a 2x zoom. Also note the 8K support and the presence of optical stabilisation.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The Meizu 20 Infinity launch date has not been specified. It will appear on the market with Flyme 10 and Android 13 firmware. The 12/256GB, 12/512GB and 16/1024GB variants will cost $915, $1065 and $1235 respectively. Available colours are black, grey and green.
