Meizu 21 Pro: 120Hz LTPO OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, RGB ring and 5050mAh battery with 80W charging from $695

Meizu, as promised, held an event in China where it revealed its new top-of-the-line smartphone, the Meizu 21 Pro.

Here's What We Know

The novelty received a design in the style of the base model Meizu 21. The smartphone was equipped with a metal body with IP68 protection, as well as a 6.79-inch OLED display. It is a BOE LTPO panel with thin bezels and a centre cutout. The display supports an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz and boasts a 2K resolution as well as a peak brightness of 1,250 nits.

The Meizu 21 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The new product has stereo speakers, an under-screen scanner, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC and RGB ring. The gadget has a triple main camera with a 50 MP main sensor. It is complemented by a 13 MP wide-angle lens (122 degree angle of coverage) and a 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical and 30x digital zoom. The camera supports OIS/EIS and can record videos up to 8K resolution.

The Meizu 21 Pro is powered by a 5050mAh battery. The smartphone supports 80W fast wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging. The novelty comes with Flyme OS shell and AI fuccntions.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Meizu 21 Pro is already available for purchase in China. It is available in Starry Night Black, White Laurel Green and Glacier Blue colours, as well as three memory variants:

  • Meizu 21 Pro, 12/256GB - $695
  • Meizu 21 Pro, 16/512GB - $750
  • Meizu 21 Pro, 16GB/1TB - $820

By the way, the Meizu 21 Pro is the manufacturer's last smartphone. The company stops producing traditional phones and completely switches to projects with AI.
