Microsoft brings artificial intelligence features to enterprise customers
Microsoft has announced the introduction of artificial intelligence features in Dynamic 365, a suite of enterprise applications for customer relationship management and resource planning.

A set of features called "CoPilot" will help businesses "create ideas and content faster, complete time-consuming tasks, get statistics, and more." This includes things like customisable emails to customers, automatic meeting summaries, customer support chat responses, and emails based on a previous conversation - all of which will help marketers get through the day without writing SQL. The company also sees this as a way to help generate ideas for marketing emails, meaning that AI-powered ads will soon start appearing in your inbox.
Microsoft also said that the system will make it much easier to create "virtual agents" to support customers, who can use OpenAI technologies to find answers through Bing.
