Moto G Stylus 5G (2023) - Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, 120Hz IPS display, 50MP camera and stereo speakers for $399

Motorola has unveiled another stylus-enabled smartphone. The model is called the Moto G Stylus 5G (2023).

Here's What We Know

The smartphone features a 6.6" display based on a Full HD+ IPS LCD panel. The screen supports digital pen input, but the stylus here is conventional, with no Bluetooth or extra features like the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. To wrap up the display theme, let's add that the refresh rate is 120Hz.

The Moto G Stylus 5G (2023) is equipped with three cameras. At the back, there's an ultra-wide-angle and wide-angle modules with 50 MP and 8 MP resolution respectively. The former supports 4K UHD at 30 FPS. There is no optical stabilisation. The resolution of the selfie camera is 16 MP.

The silicon heart of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 single-crystal system. The chip is made by 4-nm technology. The maximum frequency is 2.2 GHz. The processor is complemented by 6 GB of RAM. The storage capacity is 256GB.

The Moto G Stylus 5G (2023) gets a 5000mAh battery with 20W fast charging. The fingerprint scanner is mounted on the right end of the case. Also note that the case is made of plastic and has splash protection. Other options include stereo speakers, NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a headphone jack.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Moto G Stylus 5G (2023) will come preloaded with Android 13 operating system. The Cricket Wireless carrier version will go on sale on June 2. The unlocked variant will be available from June 16. The smartphone is priced at $399. Available colours are Cosmic Black and Rose Champagne.
