Motorola Edge 30 Ultra: Global version of Moto X30 Pro with 200 MP camera, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip and 125W charging

Motorola held a global market event, during which it showed its new flagship smartphone.

Here's What We Know

The novelty was called the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra and it was a copy of the Moto X30 Pro, which debuted in China in early August. The smartphone got an AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution, 6.67" diagonal and 144 Hz refresh rate. The display has a built-in fingerprint scanner and a 60 MP selfie camera on top. The flagship also gets a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, up to 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB of ROM, a 4,610mAh battery, 125W fast charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging.

The novelty boasts a 200 MP main camera (Samsung ISOCELL HP1). It is complemented by a 50 MP wide-angle lens and a 12 MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. The camera is able to record video at a resolution of 8K 30fps. The smartphone runs on the operating system Android 12. The novelty also has a dual SIM slot, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, USB-C and IP52/7 protection. The device weighs 198.5 grams.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has already started selling in some European countries. The smartphone costs from 899 euros.
