Netflix has officially renewed the popular series "Wednesday" for a second season

Fans of the show Wednesday can pop open the champagne and play a Lady Gaga track from 11 years ago in rapid-fire playback for the 123456789th time.

There will be a second season. Now it's official. Netflix released a short teaser to mark the renewal of the series for a second season, but did not provide any details.

The video contains fragments of the first season and shots honoring Tim Burton. At the same time, the streaming service did not even indicate the approximate release date of the sequel to the adventures of Wednesday Addams.

The first season of the series was released on November 23, 2022. As always, Netflix showed all the episodes at once, not stretching them by a month. Within weeks of its premiere, Tim Burton's series had amassed over 1 billion views.
