nubia unveils special edition of Red Magic 8 Pro+ for Transformers fans for $935

Late last year, nubia announced its flagship gaming smartphone, the Red Magic 8 Pro+. The day before, a special version dedicated to Transformers was unveiled. The device is called the Red Magic 8 Pro+ Transformers Leader Edition.

Here's What We Know

The smartphone is in the colours of Optimus Prime and comes in a stylish box, inside which there are many accessories. These include a case with a car magnet, a cooler, an Optimus Prime badge and a 165W power adapter.

The limited edition version has two differences compared to the original edition, apart from the design and expanded kit. Firstly, it's available exclusively with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Secondly, the price has been increased from $835 to $935.

The nubia Red Magic 8 Pro+ Transformers Leader Edition's list of highlights includes a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 120Hz AMOLED display, 5000mAh battery and stereo speakers. The main camera resolution is 50 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP, while the front camera is 16 MP.
