nubia Z50S Pro - Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 LV, 120Hz AMOLED Q9 display, 50MP cameras up to 1TB of storage priced from $515
As planned, nubia announced a new flagship smartphone. The Chinese company held a presentation where the nubia Z50S Pro premiered.
Here's What We Know
The smartphone received a triple main camera. Wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle modules with a resolution of 50 MP each, the company is 8-MP telephoto lens with a focal length of 80 mm. It is possible to shoot video in 8K.
The main feature of the standard camera is a focal length of 35 mm. The diameter of the entrance hole is 5.21 mm, which is a record. One of the seven lenses happens to be glass, and the optical stabilisation has an infrared filter to suppress glare and re-reflection of objects in the optics.
The nubia Z50S Pro is equipped with BOE's AMOLED Q9 display. The FHD+ format panel has a 6.78" diagonal, 120Hz frame refresh rate and 1200 nits peak brightness. There is a fingerprint scanner below the screen and a small round hole houses a 16 MP selfie camera.
At the heart of the nubia Z50S Pro is an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 LV chip with a maximum frequency of 3.36 GHz. It is complemented by 12/16GB of LPDDR5X type RAM. The UFS 4.0 storage capacity is 256/1024GB.
The new flagship is equipped with a 5100 mA*h battery and supports 80W fast charging. The smartphone also has stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C, NFC and Android 13 operating system with MyOS 13 firmware in its arsenal.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The nubia Z50S Pro is scheduled to start selling on 27 July 2023. You can read the prices below. The cost of the same modification differs depending on the colouring:

- 12/1024 GB - $555 or $570.
- 16/1024 GB - $610 or $625.
