A $500 FPV drone successfully destroyed a Russian modernised T-90 tank for millions of dollars

Ukraine's National Guard has demonstrated how an FPV drone destroys a Russian modernised tank that costs thousands of times more.

As a result of joint work of the Azov Brigade and the Condor aerial reconnaissance unit of the National Guard of Ukraine, a Russian T-90 tank was destroyed. The exact model is not specified. The price could range from $2.5 million to $4.5 million.

The tank was hit by an FPV drone. We've seen many videos that show kamikaze drones operating in a first-person view. However, this video is remarkable in that it allows us to see the exterior of the UAV and the launch process. Usually, the Ukrainian Defence Forces demonstrate the final stage of flight.

According to Oryx analysts, the Russian armed forces have lost at least 83 T-90 tanks in various modifications, including 41 upgraded T-90M "Breakthrough" tanks in 19 months. There have also been nearly 300 destroyed tanks, the model of which has not been identified. It is possible that among them there are also T-90 tanks.
