The release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl on December 1, 2023 has been cancelled! The information published by the German online shop about the release date of the shooter turned out to be wrong

Two days ago, all gaming news outlets, including ours, published information that according to the online shop Plaion S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will be released on 1 December 2023.

Given how long the shooter is in development and the fact that it will be shown at gamescom 2023, and at the Xbox booth, everyone willingly believed in this information.

But, unfortunately, the information turned out to be false.

Here's What We Know

Polish portal Gry-Online asked Plaion shop for explanations about the information presented about Heart of Chornobyl, and it turned out that "1 December 2023" is a banal error, which occurred when replacing the standard "plug" - the approximate release date in the absence of official information. Usually, it is "31 December", but this time there was a typo.

The shop has no information about the release date of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.

We hope that at the upcoming gamescom 2023 developers from the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World will announce the release date of the game.
