Immortals of Aveum will have 60fps and FSR 2.0 support on consoles
There is very little time left until the official release of Ascendant Studios' debut project Immortals of Aveum, but all the technical details about the game have only just become known.
Here's What We Know
We already know the system requirements of the game for PC, which range from 1080p/30fps to 4K/120fps, but what about consoles?
Ascendant Studios says that although Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 owners won't have as much flexibility in adjusting the game's graphical settings as PC users, the game will still support 60fps on each console, and thanks to FSR 2.0 technology, it will have a slightly higher resolution.
"You may not be able to tweak your settings as much, seeing how consoles have much more specific and uniform specs, but that means that we were able to use all this flexibility and modularity to tune the game very carefully to each console’s particular strengths,” the developer says. “As a result, every console version will run at 60 FPS at your TV’s maximum resolution thanks to the upscaling magic of FSR2. So whatever system you’re using, you’ll be getting the best performance you possibly can."
We remind you that Immortals of Aveum has recently received the "gold" status, and the project will be released on 22 August on Xbox Series, PlayStation 5, and PC.
