Nightmare in Eastern Poland: a demo of the noteworthy zombie horror game Holstin from indie studio Sonka has been released on Steam
Polish indie studio Sonka presented its debut project - psychological horror Holstin.
Here's What We Know
The events of Holstin will unfold in the 1990s in a small town in eastern Poland.
The protagonist will go there to try to save his friend and find out what made him end up in a town inhabited by zombie-like creatures and why he can't get out of there.
Explore a dystopian remote town in 90s Poland that has been swallowed up by something sinister. Its streets are flooded with a vile slime. People, buildings and nature seem to be slowly rotting from the inside out. You must find your missing friend and escape before the city sinks its claws into you with a dead grip.
Holstin is made in retro style, with pixel graphics, and the main feature of the game will be the ability to switch between two camera views - isometric and third-person view.
When We Can Expect It
Holstin's release date has not been revealed yet, but a free demo of the horror game is already available on Steam. The game will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
