It's time to update Windows: Valve has started removing false locks from Counter-Strike 2 players using Windows 7

Last week saw the release of Counter-Strike 2, and since then several strange situations have already occurred, one of which is the blocking of users running Windows 7.
Here's What We Know
First, people started writing about it on Reddit. Players on Windows 7 began to receive VAC BANs in large numbers, which are generally given for using cheats. Soon after, Valve heard the players, apologised, and started unbanning them, but it does it manually. And if you also have such a problem, write to Steam support.
Analysing the user statistics provided by Valve, we can note that only 1.23% of users still use Windows 7, and from 1 January 2024, Steam will no longer support this operating system (Windows 8 as well). So people still have 3 months to update.
