Against the background of the completion of the deal between Microsoft and Activision Blizzard, Ubisoft Senior Vice President Chris Early recalled the agreement, according to which the games of the American developer will be available in the cloud service Ubisoft+.

Here's What We Know

Chris Early expressed confidence that the demand for cloud versions of games will only grow and stated that absolutely all Activision Blizzard games will be available in Ubisoft+: both those that have already been released and those that will be released within 15 years.

It's not quite clear whether this applies to a game like World of Warcraft, as it requires a specific infrastructure and in general it's difficult to present it in Ubisoft+, but the fact that the service's catalogue will be replenished with a huge number of popular projects is not in doubt.

The appearance of Activision Blizzard games in Ubisoft+ subscription may be delayed until the French publisher has the rights to provide these projects to third-party companies.

Plus, Ubisoft is actively preparing the servers and they need a little more time to do so.
