Assetto Corsa 2 racing simulator release: it won't be out until summer 2024 at the earliest

Publisher 505 Games was planning to release Assetto Corsa 2 racing game simulator in spring 2024, but plans have changed.

As reported by Digital Bros (the parent company of Kunos Simulazioni studio), the developers will not have time to release the game before the summer of 2024.

Such a significant delay is due to work on the expansion to Assetto Corsa Competizione.

The reason for the delay is that the developers from Kunos Simulazioni are too busy working on the new 2024 GT World Challenge Pack expansion for Assetto Corsa Competizione, the previous game in the series.

Assetto Corsa 2 will be released first in Early Access on Steam before being available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
