Publisher THQ Nordic has unveiled a detailed gameplay video of the Alone in the Dark reboot.

Here's What We Know

In Alone in the Dark there will be two storylines: for the aristocrat Emily Hartwood and private detective Edward Carnby. The trailer showed that the characters will end up in the same places and meet the same characters, but the circumstances of their meeting and subsequent events will be significantly different.

In the reimagining of Alone in the Dark, players will be faced with gloomy locations filled with monsters. Characters will have to fight them off with the help of firearms and cold weapons, but ammunition, as is customary in survival horror games, will be scarce...

The game looks very atmospheric and will surely appeal to fans of horror games, especially those like The Evil Within and Resident Evil.

When We Can Expect It

The Alone in the Dark reboot will release on 16 January 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
