Phantom Liberty DLC sold 4.3 million copies: it took 2 months to complete
In its financial report for the third quarter of 2023, CD Projekt RED announced the success of Cyberpunk 2077.

The Phantom Liberty expansion pack for Cyberpunk 2077 was released on 26 September and has sold 4.3 million copies since then. And in early October, 3 million copies were sold.
The Polish studio also shared data that Cyberpunk 2077 and Phantom Liberty have 92% positive reviews on Steam over the past 30 days. At the same time, the add-on won two awards at the Golden Joystick Awards: Best DLC and Best Trailer. And at The Game Awards, the main game and DLC were nominated in 5 categories in total.
Another interesting thing from the report is that since 31 October 2023, half of the studio has been developing a game in The Withcer universe codenamed Polaris.
