KEMURI is the debut game from Japanese studio UNSEEN, where we will catch mysterious creatures in the urban jungle
Japanese studio UNSEEN presented a trailer for its debut game KEMURI at The Game Awards 2023.
Here's What We Know
It is worth noting that the studio was founded by Japanese game designer Ikumi Nakamura. Previously, she worked at Tango Gameworks, where she was involved in the development of the horror games The Evil Within, The Evil Within 2, and the adventure game Ghostwire: Tokyo.
KEMURI is an adventure game that can be played alone or with friends. Mysterious Yokai creatures are hiding in the urban jungle and need to be hunted down.
The world of KEMURI is a blend of traditional Japanese folklore, modern culture, anime aesthetics and international flavour, where supernatural miracles exist just beyond the vision of ordinary people.
The trailer makes it clear that the game is going to be dynamic, but the best part is that the song Zenit by Ukrainian band ONUKA is playing in the background.
Nothing is known about the release and platforms yet.
