League of Legends and GTA V have become the most viewed games on Twitch in 2023

Analysts have published statistics of the streaming platform Twitch for last month and for 2023.
Here's What We Know
In November, viewers watched 1.72 billion hours of content - down 3% from October.
The most popular games on Twitch in November were League of Legends and Grand Theft Auto V, and they were also the most viewed games of the year.
The most watched games from 1 January to 6 December 2023 (in hours):
- League of Legends - 2.86 billion;
- Grand Theft Auto V - 1.2bn;
- Valorant - 916 million;
- Minecraft - 536 million;
- Counter-Strike 2 (CS:GO) - 527 mln;
- Dota 2 - 515 million;
- Fortnite - 490 million;
- World of Warcraft - 399 million;
- Apex Legends - 357 million.
The statistics of 2023 novelties viewing were also published. The first place among them took Diablo IV, the second place for Hogwarts Legacy, and the third place was shared by Baldur's Gate III and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The most viewed new games between 1 January and 6 December 2023 (in hours) are:
- Diablo IV - 70 million;
- Hogwarts Legacy - 50 million;
- Baldur's Gate III - 22 million;
- The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - 22 million;
- Starfield - 18 million;
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2023) - 16 million;
- EA Sports FC 24 - 15 million; EA Sports FC 24 - 15 million; Street Fighter 6 - 12 million; EA Sports FC 24 - 15 million;
- Street Fighter 6 - 12 million;
- Alan Wake 2 - 7 million.
