Get a taste of dark fantasy: THQ Nordic will release the official cookbook for the iconic Gothic universe
The trend of releasing cookbooks based on game franchises continues.
THQ Nordic, the publisher that owns the rights to the Gothic series, has apparently decided to join this nice tradition.
Here's What We Know
The European gaming giant has not yet made an official announcement, but users have found information about the release of a cookbook on the fantasy universe of Gothic.
According to the information found, the colourful 160-page edition will be released on March 19, 2024. So far it is known about the publication of the book in German, but most likely it will be released in other languages.
The book will be narrated by Snaf, a cook from Old Camp, one of the key locations in Gothic's first instalment and its remake, which is also expected to be released in 2024.
Users have revealed that the book will contain 60 recipes, including exotic ones such as bug stew and soup made from the insect-like monster Gach-Lug.
The book is authored by Tom Grimm, known for his unofficial cookbooks on Mario and Game of Thrones, and will be published by Panini.
A gorgeous cookbook for The Witcher universe and a hell of a lot of delicious recipes for the Diablo franchise were recently released.
