Capcom is doing great: the Japanese company has revealed updated sales figures for its games

Capcom has released a financial report revealing fresh statistics.
Here's What We Know
The Japanese company reported that since 1 April 2023, its financial performance has continued to grow:
- gross revenue was 106,179 million yen (up 33.3% year-on-year);
- operating profit was 47,704 million yen (up 43.1% year-on-year).
However, fans of Capcom games are more interested in other data: according to the report, sales of the remake of the cult horror Resident Evil 4, which was released in March 2023, reached 6.48 million copies - one of the best figures in the long history of the franchise. Moreover, one million copies have been sold since October.
Capcom released sales of other games as well:
- Street Fighter 6 - 3 million copies (release in June 2023);
- Resident Evil 2 remake - 13.61 million (+1.66 million for 3 quarters of 2023);
- Monster Hunter Rise - 14.2 million copies (+1.46 million for Q3 2023);
- Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak - 7.1 million copies (+1.64 million for Q3 2023);
- Resident Evil Village - 9.39 million copies (+1.42 million for Q3 2023);
- Resident Evil 3 remake - 8.43 million copies (+1.36 million for Q3 2023);
- Monster Hunter: World - Iceborne - 11.63 million copies (+1.33 million for Q3 2023).
- The number of users of the free-to-play mobile game Monster Hunter Now exceeded 10 million people.
