Developers from Paradox Interactive studio have published a roadmap for further development of the popular historical grand strategy game Crusader Kings III.

In the third chapter of the updates players will see a lot of innovations.

Here's What We Know

The Chapter III season pass offers gamers access to the following content:

  • Couture of the Capets set will add many items of clothing from the times of 13th century France to the game. The set is already available for purchase, and owners of expensive editions of the game will receive it automatically;
  • Legends of the Dead add-on will allow you to take on the role of one of the real historical characters and immortalise yourself in legends with the help of bards, writers and chroniclers.

The Legends of the Dead DLC will be released on 4 March and will give players access to a new playthrough style, additional quests, add two more legacies (heroic and legacy of legitimacy), new diseases and even the infamous Black Death - a plague pandemic.

Two major expansions for Crusader Kings III - Roads to Power and Wandering Nobles - will also be released in 2024.

The first will take players to the Byzantine Empire and bring this state to prosperity, the game will have a new form of administrative government and a large number of random events. And Wandering Nobles will expand the travelling system, which was added in the Tours & Tournaments add-on, and will allow you to feel yourself in the role of a traveller.
