Naughty Dog unveils trailer for No Return roguelike mode to appear in The Last of Us Part II Remastered

Although everyone is actively discussing the GTA VI trailer, Naughty Dog has released a trailer for the No Return mode that will be in The Last of Us Part II Remastered.

Here's What We Know

No Return mode is an analogue of roguelike, where you play as one of the characters and have to defeat enemies that come in waves. Each of the characters has its own characteristics that correspond to different styles of play.

The trailer showed the locations that we have already seen in The Last of Us Part II, where battles with enemies will take place.

They also showed the character selection menu. So far, we know about 10 characters. Each of them has its own peculiarities. For example, Dina has the ability to craft items such as bombs. And Jesse has the ability to collect more resources, which will help on the battlefield.

In the trailer, you can also notice that sometimes we will have a partner with us. For example, in Santa Barbara, you can see that Mel and Leo survive against enemies together.

At the same time, players can expect bosses, unique events, and more.

When We Can Expect It

The Last of Us Part II Remastered will be released on 19 January on PlayStation 5, and PS4 owners will be able to upgrade for $10.
