This is a great result for an extremely niche game with meditative gameplay and plenty of hardcore scenes.

The release of Silent Hill: The Short Message could be a good start for the young studio HexaDrive and a good way to attract a new audience to the cult franchise.

Konami probably sees this game as a warm-up game before the release of Silent Hill 2 remake.
