Larian Studios releases Patch 6 for Baldur's Gate 3 with numerous fixes and improvements

Larian Studios has released Hotfix 20 for Baldur's Gate III, which includes Patch 6 and its fixes for Mac users. In particular, there are now crash protections for saved games that do not load, and the issue with a 30-second black screen in split-screen mode for the second player has been fixed.

Here's What We Know

The update also fixes an infinite loot bug related to Herdmaster Skardjall and significantly fixes issues with Mintara. Previously, if he was recruited, Minthara might not follow the group until Act 2 or 3. Similarly, Halsin faced movement issues after reaching the Last Light in Act 2. Both issues, along with a glitch that caused characters to refuse to talk, have been fixed.
