Sony is giving refunds to anyone who bought the failed action game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League on PlayStation 5
It's hard to remember a game that has faced as much heath and prejudice as Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
The new game from Rocksteady was perplexing from the very first trailers. The majority of game journalists and gamers were sure long before the release of Suicide Squad that the project would be a failure.
And they were not mistaken, it really turned out to be a failure, and perhaps even worse than it was supposed to be.
Here's What We Know
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League received negative reviews from critics, low user ratings and in general it sold extremely poorly.
Moreover, even the media holding company Warner Bros. Discovery recognised the release of action game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League as unsuccessful.
Unsatisfactory quality of the game sees and Sony. Today it became known that the Japanese giant offers everyone who bought Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League on PlayStation 5 a refund, regardless of how much time was spent in the game.
A similar high-profile precedent was with Cyberpunk 2077: due to the catastrophic technical condition of the game on PS4, it was even removed from the PS Store for some time. Polish developers managed not only to correct most of their mistakes, but also to make Cyberpunk 2077 one of the most technologically advanced and cool games, as well as to return the public's love and trust to CD Projekt studio. But the price of saving the acclaimed RPG was extremely high.
Whether Rocksteady will be able to do the same with Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League - only time will tell, while the game is available for purchase, but is there any point in buying it?
