POCO M6 Pro - Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, 50MP camera and 90Hz LCD display priced from $135

Xiaomi, as planned, announced a new low-cost smartphone under the brand POCO. The model has been named POCO M6 Pro.

Here's What We Know

The smartphone is equipped with a Full HD+ LCD display. The matrix has a diagonal of 6.78", a frame refresh rate of 90 Hz and a small round cutout, which has a front camera with a resolution of 8 MP.

The brain behind the POCO M6 Pro is the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. The chip is complemented by 4/6GB of RAM. The inbuilt storage capacity is 64/128 GB respectively, but there is support for memory cards up to 1 TB.

The power subsystem is represented by a battery with a capacity of 5000 mA*h. The smartphone supports 18W fast charging, and it comes with a 22.5W power adapter. Also POCO M6 Pro received a 5G modem, 50 MP + 2 MP main camera and Android 13 with MIUI 14 firmware.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The smartphone has been unveiled in India, where it will go on sale on 9 August 2023 in Power Black and Forest Green colourways. The POCO M6 Pro in 4/64GB and 6/128GB variants are priced at $135 and $160 respectively.
