Redmi K70 Pro - Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, up to 24GB RAM, up to 1TB storage, dual 50MP cameras and IP68 priced from $465

As expected, Xiaomi has unveiled the next-generation Redmi K smartphones. We start with the Redmi K70 Pro model, which is positioned as a cheap flagship.

Here's What We Know

The smartphone is equipped with a 2K display with a frame refresh rate of 120Hz. The 12-bit panel has a peak brightness of 4000 nits, as well as support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The OLED screen has a diagonal of 6.67".

The Redmi K70 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor. The chip is complemented by 24GB of LPDDR5X type RAM in the top-end variant, while the UFS 4.0 storage capacity is 1TB. The battery has a capacity of 5000 mA*h and 120W fast charging.

The model received a triple main camera with a resolution of 50 MP + 50 MP + 12 MP. The main module has a Light Hunter 800 sensor of 1/1.55" optical format. Also note the presence of optical image stabilisation.

Redmi K70 Pro is equipped with NFC chip, USB-C connector, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 adapters. Also note the presence of stereo speakers, inbuilt in the display fingerprint scanner and front 16MP camera. The smartphone runs on the HyperOS operating system. The casing has IP68 class water resistance.

The Redmi K70 Pro is available for pre-order in China and sales will start in December 2023. You can check out the prices below:
