What we know

Like expected, the model will receive a 5000 mAh battery with 67 W wired charging, an FHD + AMOLED display with a refresh rate and a 108 MP main camera. But few people will be pleased with the processor of a smartphone.

The Chinese Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G uses a 6nm Dimensity 920 single-chip system. The global market version will receive a relatively old Snapdragon 690 mobile chip. It was announced in 2020.

SoC is used in OnePlus Nord N10 and Sony Xperia 10 III. The chip is made according to the norms of 8 nm technology and includes Kryo 560 cores with a peak frequency of 2 GHz. The average result in AnTuTu is about 350,000 "parrots". For comparison, smartphones on the Dimensity 920 give out about 500,000 points in the benchmark.

The presentation of Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G will take place on January 26, 2022. On the same day, the company announces Pro version without 5G, as well as the regular Redmi Note 11 on the Snapdragon 680 and the Pro + variant.
