Redmi Note 11R - Dimensity 700, 90Hz display, 50MP camera and MIUI 13 on Android 12 priced from $180

Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 11R smartphone. As expected, the new product is the Redmi Note 11E, which was announced in early March 2022.

Here's What We Know

The Redmi Note 11R is equipped with a 6.58" Full HD+ IPS LCD screen. The panel supports a refresh rate of 90 Hz and has a drop-shaped cutout that houses a front-facing 5MP camera for selfies. The main camera resolution is 50 MP + 2 MP.

The smartphone features a 7nm Dimensity 700 single-chip system with up to 2.2GHz. The mobile processor is complemented by 4-8 GB of RAM. Regardless of the configuration, the built-in storage capacity is 128 GB.

The Redmi Note 11R uses a 5000 mAh battery with 10-Watt charging via wire. The smartphone also gets IP52 splash protection, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-C, Wi-Fi, Mini-Jack, IR port and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Redmi Note 11R will cost $180, $210 and $235 depending on the amount of RAM. The model will go on sale with MIUI 13 and Android 12 firmware in three color options: Ice Crystal Galaxy, Mysterious Black Realm and Polar Blue Ocean. Sales in China will begin on September 30.
