Samsung unveils Galaxy A24: budget smartphone with AMOLED display, MediaTek Helio G99 chip, 50MP camera and 5000mAh battery
Samsung, after months of rumours and leaks, has unveiled a new budget A-series smartphone.
Here's What We Know
We are talking about the Galaxy A24 model. The gadget has made its debut so far only in Vietnam. The device has a 6.5-inch display with AMOLED matrix, FHD+ resolution and maximum brightness of 1000 nits. At the top of the screen, a teardrop-shaped notch has been installed with a 13 MP front camera. The main one got three 50 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP sensors.
The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The built-in memory can be expanded with a microSD card if desired.
The novelty is powered by a 5000 mAh battery. It supports 25W charging. The device also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, USB-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Unfortunately, the price and launch date of the smartphone has not yet been revealed by Samsung.
