Following the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy Note 20: Samsung started updating the Galaxy A53 to Android 13 with One UI 5.0

We recently wrote that Samsung began updating to Android 13 its flagships Galaxy S21 and Galaxy Note 20, and now the new firmware has been released for the first A-series smartphone.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about the Galaxy A53. The system came out with build number A536BXXU4BVJG and weighs about 2GB. In the firmware added the October Google security patch, as well as a new proprietary shell One UI 5.0. It boasts a redesigned interface, new features, updated branded apps, and improved security and privacy.

When We Can Expect It

Galaxy A53 owners in Europe have already started receiving the OTA update. In the coming weeks the firmware will be available to all.
