Samsung has rolled out an update for the Galaxy Fold 2 in a large number of countries

A few days ago, Samsung released an update for the Galaxy Fold 2 in the US. The update is now available in more countries.

Here's What We Know

Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 was introduced more than three years ago. Last year, it received the One UI 5.0 firmware with Android 13 operating system. Earlier this year, the company updated the shell to One UI 5.1 and One UI 5.1.1.

The model will not get One UI 6.0 or Android 14. The fresh software version brings the operating system security patch for December 2023. The new software version addresses 75 vulnerabilities, 19 of which specifically affect Samsung smartphones and tablets.
