Elno Musk said this to the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov in Twitter. That is, even if in the future the Pentagon refuses to fund Starlink, it will still continue to operate in Ukraine.

By the way, earlier Musk stated that the company SpaceX could not pay for the system indefinitely and asked the Pentagon to fund Starlinks for the AFU. In the end, Ukraine contacted Musk directly and resolved the issue. If in the future there are questions about payment, Ukraine will turn to European partners and private donors.
